Financial Assistance:
More than 98 percent of Drake full-time undergraduate students receive financial aid, including both merit and need-based assistance. Drake awards more than 5,000 scholarships each year and more than $65 million in financial assistance is provided to Drake undergraduate students.
Athletics:
A variety of men’s and women’s sports are offered at the intramural, club and intercollegiate levels. Men compete at the Division I level in basketball, soccer, cross-country, track and field, golf and tennis in the Missouri Valley Conference and in football in the Pioneer League at the Division I football championship subdivision (FSC) level. Women compete at the Division I level in basketball, track and field, cross-country, golf, volleyball, tennis, softball and soccer in the Missouri Valley Conference, and at the Division I non-scholarship level in crew.
