As of January 29, the second part of the CMS and Portal project is live and available. The CMS has already changed the way our main web site is managed. The Portal, named "blueView" will take even a larger leap in the integration of web technologies and offer them up in a single location. Content Management training is being run in conjunction with OIT and Web Communications. Initial training is done by Peggy Steinbronn, Site planning is with Jeremy Sievers and Finial Training is back with Peggy.

Web & Portal Policy

The Office of Marketing & Communications, in conjunction with the Office of Information Technology, is also charged with leading and overseeing the activities of the University Web Policy Committee(WPC) and the BlueVIEW Leadership Team(BLT). These committee are comprised of individuals involved or interested in Web development at Drake.
